Built for girls looking to stay strong, conditioned, and confident during the off-season. This summer program focuses on strength, speed, mobility, and injury prevention to help athletes come back stronger for their sport.⁠

🖤 ALL-GIRLS ENVIRONMENT⁠
No pressure. No comparison. Just a supportive space to build confidence and strength.⁠

🖤 EXPERT COACHING⁠
Every session is led by experienced coaches who actually teach, not just supervise.⁠

🖤 FORM FIRST APPROACH⁠
We prioritize technique and injury prevention so they build a foundation that lasts.⁠

🖤 INTENTIONAL PROGRAMMING⁠
Every workout has a purpose, designed to progress over the full 6 weeks.⁠

🖤 CONFIDENCE BEYOND THE GYM⁠
This isn’t just about lifting, it’s about helping girls feel strong in their bodies and in who they are.⁠

Bulletproof shoulders > aesthetic shoulders. But both are nice😏⁠

Shoulder pain is one of the most common issues women deal with, from workouts, stress, posture, carrying kids, sitting at desks, sleeping weird, hormones/inflammation, and just the wear of everyday life.⁠

Strong shoulders aren’t built by randomly throwing weights around. They’re built through stability, control, posture, and strengthening the muscles that SUPPORT the joint. 👏🏼⁠

• posture + stability⁠
• healthier shoulder mechanics⁠
• helping undo all the forward-rounded positions we spend hours in daily⁠

Don’t sleep on your cardio 👏🏼⁠

For a long time, women were told cardio was the ONLY way to work out.⁠
Hours on the treadmill. Burn calories. Be smaller. Repeat.⁠

So naturally…the fitness world pushed back.⁠
And honestly? Good. Women needed strength training.⁠

But somewhere along the way we totally villainized cardio in the process 😅⁠

Truth is ➡️ both matter.⁠

Because:⁠
✨ your heart is a muscle too⁠
✨ endurance matters⁠
✨ cardiovascular health matters⁠
✨ VO2 max matters⁠
✨ sweating feels good⁠
✨ sometimes you just need to move energy OUT of your body⁠

No, you do not need to punish yourself on a dreadmill for 2 hours.😅⁠

Cardio can look like:⁠
🔥 battle ropes⁠
🔥 sled pushes⁠
🔥 med ball slams⁠
🔥 plyometrics⁠
🔥 kettlebell flows⁠
🔥 moving lighter weight fast-ish⁠
🔥 Sprinting⁠
🔥 Biking⁠
🔥 incline walks⁠

So yes, lift heavy. But a balanced routine? Strength + cardio + mobility + recovery = chef’s kiss 🤌🏼⁠

Join us for a Girls’ Night Out filled with connection, laughter, good eats, shopping, celebrating, and all the energy that makes KFIT feel like home, no workout clothes required (unless that’s your vibe 😉).⁠

We’ll also be closing out one of our favorite traditions as we honor 30+ women reaching their 3-year milestone and celebrate the final chapter of our Veteran Hoodie era. 🖤 A tradition built on consistency, growth, grit, and showing up for yourself year after year.⁠
