HOLYOKE PEEPS, PLEASE FILL OUT THE HOLYOKE COMMISSION ON DISABILITY'S ACCESSIBILITY SURVEY 2026!

We will have a table at the Holyoke Senior Center with hard copies of the survey (including large font and in English or Spanish versions) on Tuesday, September 8 and Thursday September 10 from 10:00 AM-12:30 PM.

We will be glad to help you with any questions.

HCOD is conducting an anonymous 2026 Disability Survey of residents who are disabled in order to assess this valuable but vulnerable population. We hope that this information will help us better serve you as we educate the public and our city government.
By sharing your experiences, we can better help to solve problems you encounter and direct you to helpful resources. Our Goal is to help you and your family sustain a quality of life that allows you to go to work if able, take care of your family, maintain healthcare, and participate in community. And our community will benefit from your participation.
Thank you for participating! Your input will help make Holyoke more accessible and inclusive.

You also have the option of using a QR Code to fill out the accessibility survey. Or check your most recent August-September HG & E bill for their monthly news letter insert which will have a notice of the HCOD Accessibility Survey and a QR code.
Please include your Ward # so we can see and "map" where areas of most concern or accessibility need may be. The more residents fill out this survey, the more we can pinpoint the challenges that our disabled residents of all ages face and that of those who care for them.

The questions will address housing, transportation, safety, etc. We have included the option to elaborate on your answers at the end of the survey if you feel that is necessary.

THE MORE WE KNOW, THE MORE WE CAN HELP!

And please share this FB post with others in Holyoke.
