Earlier this month, we celebrated our Employee Appreciation Event with an afternoon of recognition, celebration, and fun! 🎉

We were proud to honor employees reaching 5 to 35 years of service, recognize our honorable mention recipients, and celebrate the winners of our raffle prize drawings.

A special thank you to MILL 1 at Open Square for hosting us, to Seth Mias Catering for the delicious food, to CJC AVL for helping create a memorable experience, and to Apparel Kingz for the commemorative hoodies presented to our years-of-service honorees.

Thank you to everyone who helped make the event special. We were honored to celebrate the people behind the work and all they bring to our organization. 💙

Community Health Workers are trusted advocates, connectors, and champions for health equity in our communities.

The members of our Community Health Worker team attended the Massachusetts Association of Community Health Workers (MACHW) Celebration in Springfield, recognizing the vital role CHWs play in improving the health and well-being of individuals and families across the Commonwealth.

We are grateful for the dedication, compassion, and commitment our CHWs bring to their work every day. Thank you for helping bridge gaps in care, empowering community members, and making a meaningful difference in the lives of those we serve 💙

Today, we celebrate our incredible Nurse Assistants for the compassion, dedication, and exceptional care they provide every day. Their commitment makes a meaningful difference in the lives of our residents and helps create the supportive community we are proud to call home 💙

As we recognize the teamwork behind exceptional care, we're also excited to share more about the dedicated teams that make up our Health Center. Today, we're introducing our Green Team, our Primary Care Clinic team!

Together with our nursing staff and other departments, the Green Team helps support the health and well-being of our residents every day.

To all the CNAs and Nursing Assistants at our Health Center and beyond, thank you for the care, kindness, and commitment you bring to our communities.
