¡Mi gente de Cuba, este post es para ustedes!
Although FamilySearch has limited resources for Cuba, I still believe it is worth exploring—especially the Catalog, where you may find digitized books, historical publications, and other valuable materials.
I also encourage you to explore the online resources shared in this post. Many dedicated researchers, genealogists, and volunteers have worked tirelessly over the years to preserve Cuban history and make genealogical information more accessible to others.
One resource worth exploring is the Cuban Research Project. Visit their website or contact them directly for more information. Depending on your research needs, they may be able to connect you with additional resources and provide guidance for researching families in Cuba.
Please note that Cuba continues to face significant challenges, and I am not in a position to know how current conditions may affect research efforts or access to records on the ground. Availability of information and assistance may vary.
No matter where your Cuban roots lead, don't give up. Every record, photograph, family story, and document brings you one step closer to discovering your family's history. 🌳📜🇨🇺
