💉 Before we ask your keiki to roll up a sleeve, we roll up ours. We practice what we preach because flu protection starts with all of us and we want to keep you safe too.

💪 Flu vaccines are recommended every year for everyone 6 months and older, and protection takes about 2 weeks to build. And we're already diagnosing flu this season, much earlier than usual 😕

Readiness comes down to maturity, judgment, confidence, and preparation, not a magic birthday.

Start with short practice runs and make sure your child knows the plan before they’re home alone.

Don’t forget to ask how they feel about it, too. Making sure they feel comfortable, prepared, and confident is important!💛

Newborns are naturally noisy sleepers. Their immature breathing patterns, small nasal passages, and active sleep can cause them to make a lol of sounds at night.

💡Noisy doesn’t always mean something is wrong, but there are certain breathing changes that should never be ignored. When in doubt, trust your instincts and reach out to your pediatrician for support.
