The Pink Moon takes its name after the pink wildflowers that blossom in the Spring. 🌸

In this 60-minute Slow Flow and Yin Class, Mel will guide you through mindful movements designed to invite release and restoration. This class will be closed with a sound bath to fully immerse you in tranquility.
