🏊‍♀️🚴‍♂️🏃‍♀️ Triathletes, we’ve got your back this weekend!

Clear Lake Integrative Medicine is headed to the Sylvan Beach Triathlon in La Porte, and we’ll be there cheering on athletes from start to finish.

After you’ve tackled the swim, bike, and run, stop by and see Dr. H for Active Release Technique (ART) and soft tissue recovery support. Tight hips? Cranky calves? Legs questioning your life choices? He’s happy to help.

Erin Cabell will also be on-site providing balance assessments and Super Patch demonstrations for athletes, families, coaches, and anyone curious enough to see what the buzz is about.

Whether you’re racing, spectating, volunteering, or just soaking up the atmosphere, come say hello. We can’t wait to support this incredible community of athletes!

Clear Lake Integrative Medicine is excited to be joining Lululemon and Pilates Powerhouse tomorrow morning for their Global Running Day community walk/run and wellness event at Lululemon Baybrook.

We’ll be on-site offering soft tissue therapy and balance assessments throughout the morning. Whether you’re training for your next race, staying active with your family, dealing with aches and tightness, or simply curious about ways to improve how you move and feel, we’d love for you to stop by and say hello.

**🇺🇸 Honoring the Brave This Memorial Day 🇺🇸**

Today, the team at Clear Lake Integrative Medicine joins our community in pausing to remember and honor the brave men and women who made the ultimate sacrifice for our country. We are profoundly grateful for their service and their legacy.

In observance of the holiday, our office is closed today, **Monday, May 25th**, so our staff can spend time with their families and reflect on the true meaning of this day.
We will reopen for regular hours tomorrow, **Tuesday, May 26th**, to help you get back to moving well, feeling your best, and living life to the fullest.

POV: Your Saturday recovery crew understood the assignment. 💪🔥

CrossFit Kemah brought the energy this weekend, and we loved every second of it. From mobility work and recovery to balance testing and all the laughs in between… y’all showed UP. 👏

One of our favorite things about events like this is getting to connect with people who care about taking care of their bodies before they’re forced to. Recovery matters. Prevention matters. And honestly… so does having fun while doing it. 😉

Huge thank you to everyone who stopped by our booth, let Dr. Earl Hendrikz work his magic, tried Super Patch, asked questions, cheered each other on, and trusted us to be part of your weekend.

We are SO excited to be out supporting the athletes competing in the Kemah Cup at CrossFit Kemah this weekend! 🔥

Honestly, it’s such a privilege and honor getting to work with the athletes in our community. The grit, discipline, and heart these competitors bring is always incredible to watch. 👏

Dr. Earl Hendrikz, DC, CCSP will be on site throughout the event providing Active Release Technique (ART), soft tissue therapy, movement support, and recovery care to help keep these athletes moving and performing their best.

We’ll also have Super Patch on site for anyone wanting to stop by, say hi, and learn more. 💜
