Noise damage used to be a retirement-age problem. Now we see it in people in their twenties, and earbuds are a big reason why. You don't have to stop using them. Just keep the volume around 60 percent and give your ears a break every hour. Future you will be grateful.

The North Houston Hearing Solutions team traded in our audiology tools for paintbrushes! We had the absolute best time at our first-ever team pottery experience, picking out ready-made pieces and bringing them to life with our own creative designs.
