I get why everyone loves Aspen now!

The girls talked me into just about everything... hiking, whitewater rafting, the rodeo, fly fishing (okay maybe me and Fitz won that one), plenty of shopping, and more ice cream stops than we probably needed.

It was a great week with my favorite people, if you can’t tell by the last slide 🤣 We’ll definitely be back!!!

For this patient, our plan focused on restoring balance to both the breasts and the overall silhouette.

Her surgery included an implant exchange from 325cc to 470cc, along with a left capsulorrhaphy to refine the implant pocket and improve symmetry.

To complement the breast revision, we also performed liposuction to the abdomen and flanks, followed by Quantum RF skin tightening to help support a smoother, more defined contour.

One of the things I enjoy most about surgery is looking at the body as a whole. Sometimes it’s not one change that creates the biggest impact — it’s choosing the right combination of procedures that work together to achieve the patient’s goals.

Every breast revision has a story behind it.

Unlike a first-time breast augmentation, revision surgery is often about improving support, refining shape, and addressing changes that have happened over time.

For this patient, the surgical plan included an implant exchange, capsule work, and mesh reinforcement.

The capsule work allowed me to reshape and refine the implant pocket, while the mesh provided additional internal support to help maintain the implant position as everything heals.

Revision surgery is incredibly individualized. The right plan depends on your anatomy, your previous surgery, and what you’re hoping to improve — not just choosing a new implant. If you have revision questions for me, I’d love to talk with you!

For this patient, she wanted her breasts to be smaller while still having beautiful upper pole fullness, a lifted shape, and a result that felt balanced.

One of the techniques I used to achieve that was a kicker implant.

A kicker implant is a smaller implant that’s placed after removing breast tissue during a lift and reduction. Rather than adding a lot of volume, its job is to restore fullness where patients often miss it most — the upper portion of the breast.

This approach allows me to create a breast that’s lighter, lifted, and more proportional while maintaining that soft, youthful contour through the upper pole.

To complete her transformation, I also performed liposuction to the abdomen, flanks, back, and bra line, followed by Renuvion skin tightening to further refine her overall shape.

I enjoy cases like this because every decision is intentional. The best surgical plans aren’t built around one procedure — they’re built around the result the patient is hoping to achieve!

Well this day made me cry and reminded me exactly why I do what I do!

This sweet patient was the very first person I operated on after finishing my training.

Seeing her walk back through my doors years later, happy with her results and trusting me again for another procedure, meant more than I can put into words!!

Moments like this are incredibly humbling. The trust my patients place in me is something I never take for granted, and being part of their journey, sometimes more than once, is one of the greatest privileges of my career.

Safe to say... this one got me a little emotional!
