Someone asked me to explain the drainless tummy tuck. Here is the short version.

My patients walk upright within a day or two after surgery. With the traditional technique you are hunched over for two to three weeks waiting for your drains to come out.

✅The difference is in the suturing. I place multiple layers of stitches inside that close everything down and leave very little space for fluid to collect. No fluid buildup means no drain needed.
