nothing to fix
nothing to figure out
nowhere else to be.

one thing about me is i am always down for an adventure.

what is the last thing you said yes to?

in a new place, the days open up.

we walk more, we notice more, and we stop watching the clock so much.

travel is one of the ways i unfold. i always come home with more room to give.

i was working in oil and gas insurance and looking for something to help manage my stress and support my sleep. it ended up changing my whole life.

universal energy flows through me, and my job is to be as clear a vessel as i can, to clear out what is in the way so you can do your own work. and i get to walk beside you while you do.

so many of the people who come to see me are living inside a life they worked hard to build, and it does not fit anymore. i know that feeling, because i spent years in oil and gas insurance before i let myself admit it was time for something different. and you can be grateful for the path and still be ready to leave it.

i wrote to my email list about my son coming home from the navy, and how i was proud of him and sad about what it cost him at the same time.

most of the people who sit down across from me are experiencing complex feelings and believing one of them has to be the right one and the others are wrong.

it does not work that way, and you do not have to sort it out by yourself.
