At Wellspring, we utilize an AI receptionist to answer calls when we’re not in the office. I recently discovered that it also takes notes for calls I answer from my cell phone, and I had to laugh when I saw this summary. Here’s a little insight into that “I’m in labor” phone call and how that often goes. As you can see, our receptionist takes good notes. Also, this client arrived at 3:47 pm and had a baby at 3:49 pm, so knowing how that birth went also gives me a little chuckle when I read how matter-of-factly these call notes are stated. 😅
