FORWARD LIFT only 7 days post op✨ What is he Forward Lift? A Deep Plane Neck Lift + Chin Augmentation which = a defined jawline. The Forward Lift is a procedure for younger patients, usually in their 20s or 30s who have a heavy neck and carry weight under their chin due to genetics (not aging). The deep plane necklift subtracts the excess tissue (deep fat, sagging muscles, glands) that is creating fullness under the chin. The chin augmentation/ genioplasty adds projection of the chin, enhances the sharpness of the jawline, and balances the profile view. The result is a jawline with structure and definition, without looking overdone.
This patient also had a Jaw Augmentation with custom jaw implants and Buccal Fat Removal to create maximal definition. He is only 7 days post op in these photos, stay tuned to see how definition improves as swelling goes down!

✨ 3 Months Post Deep Plane Face & Deep Neck Restructuring ✨
Beautiful progress at 3 months! Some patients just swell more than others. 🤷‍♀️ This patient had more than average swelling after her deep plane face and neck lift plus upper and lower blepharoplasty. As you can see, her results at in the first 7 weeks were not her final results! Some patients look great at one month and others make take 2-3 months to see all the contours and definition of their facelift. At 3 months she is looking great! I share these, including the process because I want to be transparent about the timeline of results, and help patients to come in with reasonable expectations.
The first 2-4 months, wwelling continues to improve, revealing a smoother neck, a more defined jawline, and a refreshed, natural looking appearance.
Healing is ongoing, and results will continue to refine over the coming months.

Neck Transformation Incoming✨
Deep Plane Neck Lift + Fat Grafting ✨

This patient complained of lose skin in the neck, but also dislliked the deep creases in her neck. She had a history of energy based treatments done elsewhere, which had thinned the fat under her skin but failed to improve the crease. Dr. Rodman used fat grafting with microfat in the crease and nanofat to restore the integrity of the skin in addition to the deep plane neck lift.
2 months post-op and the transformation continues. Improved definition, restored volume, and a naturally refreshed appearance. Results will keep refining as healing progresses.
