We provide spiritual support for people in recovery! This One manifests Itself in and through all creation, but is not absorbed by Its creation.

What We Believe
By Ernest Holmes, 1927

We believe in God, the living Spirit Almighty; one, indestructible, absolute, and self-existent Cause. The manifest universe is the body of God; it is the logical and necessary outcome of the infinite self-knowingness of God. We believe in the individualization of the Spirit in Us, and that all people are individualizations of the One Spirit. We believe in the eternality, the immortality, and the continuity of the individual soul, forever and ever expanding. We believe that heaven is within us, and that we experience it to the degree that we become conscious of it. We believe the ultimate goal of life to be a complete freedom from all discord of every nature, and that this goal is sure to be attained by all. We believe in the unity of all life, and that the highest God and the innermost God is one God. We believe that God is personal to all who feel this indwelling presence. We believe in the direct revelation of truth through our intuitive and spiritual nature, and that anyone may become a revealer of truth who lives in close contact with the indwelling God. We believe that the Universal Spirit, which is God, operates through a Universal Mind, which is the Law of God; and that we are surrounded by this Creative Mind which receives the direct impress of our thought and acts upon it. We believe in the healing of the sick through the power of this Mind. We believe in the control of conditions through the power of this Mind. We believe in the eternal Goodness, the eternal Loving-kindness, and the eternal Givingness of Life to all. We believe in our own soul, our own spirit, and our own destiny; for we understand that the life of all is God.

Living fully still includes stress. Even with long-term sobriety. 🙏🏾

And that doesn't mean you're doing it wrong.

It just means life is in session.

A lot of us are real good at discipline and real bad at receiving. 😮‍💨

There’s something powerful about gathering with people who aren’t trying to convince you that you’re enough.

They’re reminding you.
Enough love.
Enough possibility.
Enough wisdom.
Enough peace.
Enough within you to begin again.

And maybe spiritual community isn’t about having all the answers. Maybe it’s about having a place where you can remember what you already know — and practice living from that knowing alongside other people.

That’s the kind of space we’re cultivating at VIDA.

If you’re craving connection, spiritual exploration, and a community where awakening is something we experience together, come join us.

Breathing. Beating. Healing. Moving. Carrying you through heartbreak, joy, stress, laughter, long days, and everything in between.

Maybe it’s time to stop treating your body like a project that needs fixing and start treating it like the incredible partner it’s been all along. 🩷

Nobody waters the rainforest. 🌿

Think about it... the whole ecosystem runs. The animals, the bugs, the soil, the rain. Everything moving in perfect order.

And not one person out there controlling it.

That same intelligence that guides a giraffe, a wild cat, a ram? It's in you too. You just got busy with the rat race and forgot how to trust it.

Learning to trust it again is the practice. And it's a lot easier with people who are doing it alongside you. 🙏🏾

What if “someday” is costing you your life?

Someday I’ll rest.
Someday I’ll travel.
Someday I’ll slow down.

Someday I’ll actually enjoy what I’ve worked so hard to create.

We’re so good at postponing the good stuff.
But receiving is part of creating, too.

So here’s the uncomfortable question:

What would change if you stopped making yourself earn the right to be comfortable?
Not after you hit the goal.
Not after you retire.
Not when everything is finally handled.
Now.

If this is a conversation you’re ready to go deeper into, VIDA is a space for spiritual exploration, connection, and rethinking the beliefs that shape how we live.
