Many people have a difficult time some no. Sometimes, it's about proving our worth to others. Sometimes it's about showing others that they will always have someone there. And other times it's about not listening to our bodies and what they need. Rest.

Today, give yourself that rest. Understand that taking care of you is the first step towards taking care of others. Know that you are valeable even when you have to say no.
