Back in the studio Sunday for Mixed-Level Yoga after what feels like an eternity after taking Memorial Day weekend off.
Mixed-Level Yoga is a community-based class rooted in more traditional Hatha yoga at slower pace, with a focus on the breath, controlled movements, strengthening, and stretching.
This class is suitable for all levels of practitioners with various options for each pose. Everyone is walking a different path, so come as you are. 🤍
