Today we put on our prettiest pink, turned up the Dolly, and celebrated the one and only Dolly Parton! 🌸✨

We sang along to her greatest hits, laughed our way through Dolly Parton Music Bingo, and had the BEST time celebrating a woman who reminds us that a little kindness, a little sparkle, and a whole lot of heart can go a long way. 💖🎶

Our gentlemen’s group had a special visit today from Dave Gallagher, the voice of Iowa Women’s Basketball! Dave joined us to share stories from the court, memories from Hawkeye basketball, and plenty of Iowa spirit.

It was a fantastic afternoon filled with great stories, laughter, and a little Hawkeye pride! 🖤💛🏀

Our travels have officially come to an end this week—but not without one last hoorah! 🌍✈️

Today, we ventured to the beautiful country of Egypt! 🇪🇬 Residents explored the flavors of the Middle East thanks to our amazing culinary team, then enjoyed an Egyptian celebration featuring an exciting belly dance performance and beautiful henna art. 💃✨

To wrap up our Amazing Race, residents took on their final passport challenge—working together to build their very own pyramid!

After an incredible week of adventures, our passports have officially been turned in… now the big question is: Which floor will come out on top?! 🏆🌎

What a way to finish off our day in Paradise! We all enjoyed some tropical music from Pandelirium Steel Drum Band, while enjoying some delicious food made by our talented Chef Russell with Chi Soul. 🌺🌴 Today’s destination was nothing shy of PARADISE! 🌴🌺

Residents kicked off the day with some island vibes and chair Zumba with Dawn, then spent a beautiful afternoon learning about Polynesian culture and dance with Ilima from Aloha Wind

We sipped on refreshing piña coladas 🍹, made our very own beautiful floral leis 🌺, and got ready for tonight’s island celebration with live music from Pandelirium Steel Drum Band! 🥁🌴

Paradise found… and we’re not ready to leave! 🌺🍹🌊

Today we said “Guten Tag!” to Germany!

We twisted, rolled, and baked our own pretzel creations while some of our friends got a little twisted themselves making pretzel necklaces! 🥨

Professor Ehrstein had us putting our best German foot forward as we practiced our pronunciation, swapped travel stories, and took a trip down memory lane.

Then things got hoppy! 🍺 We sampled German beers from different regions because, let’s face it, you can’t have pretzels without a little “Prost!”

We wrapped up the day with an Oktoberfest-inspired beer stein challenge. Deutschland? More like Fun-land! 🇩🇪😂
