I know how overwhelming and isolating chronic symptoms can feel, and while I don’t diagnose or treat medical conditions, I’m always happy to share supportive, natural wellness approaches that may help encourage healing and support the body as a whole. 🌿

A passenger on a Delta Air Lines flight from Atlanta gave birth to a healthy 5 1/2 pound girl just before the Boeing 737 landed at Portland International Airport in Oregon on Friday night. I’m so excited to finally share something I’ve been working on behind the scenes...

Over the years, I’ve had the privilege of supporting families through pregnancy, birth, and postpartum: not just as a midwife, but also as a paramedic, doula, and childbirth educator. This wide range of experience has shaped the way I approach care, and I'm excited to use this experience to help train and support future generations of doulas.

I premiered a basic labor doula training course back in 2024. Now, I've completely updated and revamped the program to ensure new doulas feel supported and successful after completing it. If a student has questions, I will be the one to respond directly. There's no giant office team or answering service.
