We were lucky enough to have both Karen’s mom and dad live at the Pines. Karen has become a strong member of the Pines family and we are always so grateful for her company!

June Employee of the Month: ⭐️ Karen ⭐️

We are proud to recognize Karen as our Employee of the Month!

Karen is a talented cook who goes above and beyond each day to ensure residents are not only well fed, but happy with every meal they receive.

She takes pride in trying new recipes, adding thoughtful touches, and making each dish special. Karen also pays extra attention to the overall dining experience by decorating tables for holidays and special occasions to creat a warm, welcoming atmosphere for everyone.

Beyond the kitchen, she takes time to truly get to know each resident individually and strives to make them smile. Karen treats her coworkers and our residents like family, consistently checking in on others and offering support. Her hard work, reliability, and compassion never go unnoticed.

Thank you, Karen, for all you do! We appreciate you so much! 🫶🏻🏆❤️
