Susie has been a valued member of the Victorian Pines family for nearly eight years and brings an incredible 40 years of caregiving experience to our team. Her knowledge, compassion, and intuition make her truly exceptional.

Susie has an extraordinary ability to understand the unique needs of each resident, often knowing whether someone needs a laugh, a comforting hug, or simply a little quiet time.

A true team player, Susie has worked many different shifts throughout the years and never hesitates to step up whenever she is needed. No matter how challenging the day may be, she approaches her work with the same positive mindset and unwavering dedication for our residents.

Susie cares deeply for every resident and is an incredible advocate, quickly recognizing when something isn't quite right and ensuring each person receives the attention and care they deserve. She is also a strong mentor to her coworkers, generously sharing her knowledge and helping others grow in their roles. Whether welcoming new team members or supporting her fellow staff members, her kindness, leadership, and commitment shine through in everything she does.
