When was the last time you turned everything off? Not just your phone. Your senses. 🌒
Pratyahara, the fifth limb of yoga, is the practice of drawing the senses inward. It’s the bridge between the outer practices (posture, breath) and the inner ones (concentration, meditation). In a world engineered to keep your attention pulled outward, it might be the most needed practice of all.
Here’s what that looks like in a room: dim light, slow deliberate movement, long holds, and 90 minutes where nothing is asked of you. Chris guides the philosophy and the flow. Jonah closes with quartz crystal singing bowls.
You can practice with an Iyengar head wrap if you’d like, a simple and surprisingly powerful tool for turning the volume down on the outside world. Eyes closed works beautifully too.
No experience needed. All levels, all bodies.
