COMMERCIAL PROPERTY FOR SALE BY SEALED BID

The Jasper Hospital District is accepting sealed bids for the sale of 10.1081 acres of prime commercial property located in the 1500 block of South Wheeler Street (US Highway 96 South) in Jasper, Texas.

This is the site of the old Mary Dickerson Memorial Hospital.

Finally made it to the finish line…..and boy did this clinic and location turn out nice!

The weatherman said there was a chance of rain……..this afternoon.

But it turned into late morning. And 90 yards of concrete later to finish a project, what do you do when it rains?

You finish concrete in the rain! 😂

The good news is, the elevations are correct and drainage is on the money!

Hopefully Rodney Norsworthy paid the preacher and that’s all the rain for today! 😂

Hats off to Charles Duckworth and Ducks Construction for persevering through to get the job done!

We have a driveway to new clinics on Marvin Hancock Drive. No more mud!

Phase 2 of the parking lot/driveway started at daylight this morning. Phase 3, the tie in the Marvin Hancock Drive, is scheduled for this Thursday.

Lakeside Dermatology and Lauren Schaeffer, FNP-C, will be open soon!

We’re getting there 1 concrete truck at a time!
