Mother. Life bringer. Life giver.
Bearing children, giving birth, raising children, it's hard and it's good. It's beautiful and messy. It's lonely and joyful. The best thing I have ever done and the hardest thing I have ever done. I feel stifled and I feel freedom. I want to birth and nurse 20 more but often having four feels like too many.
How can motherhood be full of such seemingly contradictions? I don't know, but it is. It is all these things. Moments in this journey of motherhood have been so hard and I've felt like such a failure; but I have grown, shifted, experienced deep grace, support and love. I am sincerely a better person for being a Mama to my children. Seeing life through each of their sweet eyes is such a beautiful experience.
As a Mom, you experience this incredible transformation, from a baby inside your womb to a pr***en explaining how video games work. Sometimes I say,
"I made you!” How incredible is that? We are life bringers. Life givers. Motherhood is the most powerful thing I have ever experienced and definitely the most humbling✨

Hello!

Glad you're here! I am Esther, a Mama, Doula, prenatal yoga teacher and IBCLC.

I have had the privilege of working alongside countless women for over a decade in multiple ways.

My expertise lies in providing holistic care that nurtures both the physical and emotional well-being of pregnant and new mothers. Through prenatal yoga, I guide women in connecting with their bodies, building strength, and preparing for childbirth. As an IBCLC (lactation consultant), I offer compassionate support and evidence-based guidance to help mothers achieve their breastfeeding goals. And as a doula, I provide continuous emotional, physical, and informational support throughout the perinatal period.

My mission is to empower women to embrace their innate strength and navigate the challenges and joys of motherhood with confidence and grace.

Scheduling an appointment with a lactation consultant while you're pregnant is so important! It is the best way to prepare for your breastfeeding journey.

Prenatal lactation appointments are one of my very favorite things to do! If you're pregnant I would love to see you for an appointment *before* your precious baby comes💗
