One of my favorite things about this journey is watching our team grow, evolve, and continue learning from one another. Every new face, every new skill, and every shared experience helps us better serve the children and families who trust us.

We’re excited for what’s ahead and look forward to making children’s days brighter, bigger, and better in every way possible. ✨

We’re excited to announce that APE will soon be offering **Play-Based Counseling Services** beginning Summer 2026! ☀️💛

Through child-centered therapeutic approaches, play therapy can help support:
✨ Emotional regulation
✨ Social-emotional development
✨ Healthy coping skills
✨ Confidence and engagement

We believe children communicate, learn, and heal through play and we’re honored to create a safe, supportive space where they can grow. 🌈

Especially while the travel ban has been extended and many are waiting for heat and electricity! If you have reached out to someone on the team and they have not been able to get in touch with you, these could be the reasons why. Thank you for your patience.

APE is closed today, Monday the 23rd and now tomorrow, Tuesday the 24th. Services should resume weather permitting on Wednesday.
