We believe that great teamwork happens both inside and outside the office! Dr. Findley recently shared one of her favorite passions with our team by treating us to a fun-filled dance lesson with the incredible Martin Rivera Baldera and Inara Smith!

There were plenty of laughs, a few new dance moves, and lots of memories made. It was the perfect reminder that taking time to connect, have fun, and support one another makes our team even stronger.

A huge thank you to Martin and Inara for an amazing class and for making it such a special team bonding experience! ❤️

We were proud to sponsor the Picante Salsa Bachata Weekender 2026 at The Event Factory this month, and it was incredible to see so much energy, passion, and talent on the dance floor.

When she’s not caring for patients, Dr. Findley loves embracing opportunities to connect with our community and this event was the perfect excuse to trade her scrubs for dancing shoes! ❤️

Meighan Di**le Blanco, MSN, RN, FNP-BC, brings more than 15 years of dermatology experience and a passion for compassionate, patient-centered care.

🍂 Joining This Fall
Hope Elia Barone, DO, MPH, FAAD, is a fellowship-trained Mohs surgeon and board-certified dermatologist specializing in skin cancer treatment, Mohs surgery, and reconstructive surgery.

Together, these additions will expand appointment availability, increase access to dermatologic care, and enhance access to specialized skin cancer treatment and Mohs surgery throughout our community.

We can't wait for you to meet Meighan and Dr. Barone. The future of our care is brighter than ever. ✨

Happy National Nurses Week! This week, we’re proud to celebrate the incredible nurses who bring skill, compassion, and heart to patient care every single day, especially our own Stephanie Serrano, LPN, CMA.

With more than 11 years in healthcare, Stephanie is a true example of what it means to care deeply for others. From assisting in dermatologic procedures and educating patients to working as a travel nurse and supporting seniors in assisted living, her impact reaches far beyond our office.
