Finally getting back to putting out more videos! 💪

It's been absolutely crazy busy at the store helping customers get real results, but I'm making it a priority to start sharing more education and content.
One thing I want to talk about is GLP-1s.

They're incredible tools when used correctly, but I see way too many people being dosed too aggressively or simply not seeing the weight loss they expected.

Sometimes the answer isn't increasing the dose—it's taking a 3-day reset and giving your body the nutrition it actually needs. The goal is to get your metabolism and appetite working with you again so you can start seeing progress.
