We specialize in trauma which can include abuse, divorce, loss, or an accident as well as many other issues.

Memorial Day Office Closure

Our business office will be closed Thursday, May 21st- Monday, May 25th in observance of Memorial Day. We will reopen Tuesday, May 26th at 8:00 AM.

We’re officially opening scheduling for initial appointments on:

🗓 Tuesdays & Thursdays
⏰ 10:00 AM – 4:00 PM

Follow-up appointments will be scheduled based on each client’s individual needs and goals.

🧘‍♀️ Group Yoga Classes
Classes are scheduled under Luke at the 7 PM recurring time slot.

💳 Membership Options
✔️ Unlimited Memberships: $55/month recurring
✔️ Drop-In Classes: $5
📌 Drop-ins increase to $10 beginning June 1st

We also offer specialized wellness programs designed to support growth, healing, and balance. Message us for program details, pricing, or to get scheduled!
