I love red light therapy.
It is no secret that red light played a huge role in my own healing journey. During my knee injury and surgery, it became one of the things that helped me get through rehabilitation. Later, when I was dealing with the pain from a failed endometrial ablation that ultimately led to a uterine rupture, light therapy helped make that pain manageable.
What started as gratitude for the relief quickly turned into something much bigger. I *needed* to understand why it worked.
I've always been someone who wants to help people in any way I can. Being able to serve others is something I never take for granted. That curiosity led me down a path of research, education, certifications, seminars, consultations, and endless training. I genuinely live and breathe this field because I know firsthand how powerful education can be.
My favorite part of this journey isn't just learning. It's helping others learn.
