Happy 50th to Bobby🎊🎂 I love birthdays always. This is going to be a hard one for me. The rock of our family passed at 49 yrs old and it devastated many. On July 4th this year we were talking about him and the heart attack that took him. I got emotional for the first time in years. The trigger was Bobby turning 50 in Aug.
3 days later..I discovered the second rock of the family, my own father, passed away.
Now Aug 5th Bobby's birthday. I am grateful he is waking up in the morning and taking his blood pressure meds💚

In these days I feel Im going to lose my mind, I am reminded, god is still good.😇

Walking is how I process my mind. The morning sun has helped me to remember I am blessed. Blessed to wake up and feel it on my face, blessed I can hold my babies, blessed I can sit in this sadness and instability with some peace.

My most trying times have always lead to a break through. Lord knows I've been praying for one. Long before the events of this month. It is good to remember heavy pressure creates diamonds. 💎

So what am I supposed to do from here?
I'll keep walking 😘
