Tomorrow is the Fall Holistic & Metaphysical Fair, and we’ll be at Booth #33 representing Holistic Partners on 9th!

Come see Michelle with Genesys Naturopathic and Jess with Ether & Earth. We’ll be there from 10–5 at the Kalamazoo Expo Center with products, services, fair specials, and some really good reasons to stop by our booth.

COUPLES SESSIONS AT HP9

What if your next date left you both feeling calmer, more grounded, connected and restored?

We now have two treatment tables together in our treatment space at Holistic Partners on 9th, which means you can come in and experience a restorative session together.

Couples sessions are designed to give both of you time to slow down and allow your nervous systems to settle. Each person has their own treatment table, and the session can be customized using the modalities that make sense for each of you.

Your experience may include nervous system regulation, NADA 5-point acupuncture, acupressure, microcurrent, tuning forks, PEMF, red light, castor oil packs, therapeutic modalities, aromatherapy, sound and other restorative therapies available at HP9.

There is also something powerful about co-regulation. We affect the nervous systems of the people we spend our lives with. Creating intentional space where both people can settle, soften and regulate at the same time can bring a completely different energy into the relationship.

Come with your spouse or partner and make it a different kind of date. One centered around rest, connection and taking care of yourselves together.

I know the value of sitting down for an hour and creating a vision board.

There is something powerful about getting your ideas out of your head and putting them somewhere you can actually see them. It sets intention, moves energy, creates clarity, and gets things in motion. Then, when you look at your board every day, you get a little renewed energy and focus on what you want to create more of in your life.

That’s why I wanted our Vision Board Workshop at Holistic Partners on 9th to be more intentional than grabbing some old magazines and gluing random pictures to poster board.

We have actual frames with glass for everyone to create their vision board in, and I’ve created a HUGE collection of pages specifically for this workshop. There are images, words, phrases, symbols, and ideas covering everything from abundance, health, relationships, family, travel and buying a home to spirituality, nature, transformation, hobbies, confidence, self-care, slow living, movement, creativity, cooking, homesteading and so much more.

You can find the things that actually represent what YOU want to call into your life.

We’ll also talk about creating a potent, intentional board, choosing images based on the feelings and experiences you want more of, including the everyday habits that support your bigger vision, and even using Feng Shui areas of your home as inspiration for what you want to cultivate.

And the Vision Board Workshop is just the beginning of what’s happening at HP9 this September!
