Empowering humans with diverse abilities to live the lives they deserve and desire!

Our focus is on helping individuals with diverse abilities to gain the skills and experience needed to live self-determined quality lives. Programs center around career exploration and readiness skills, career placement and colleague interdependence, and community inclusion. Program activities take place at our two program sites and throughout the greater Kansas City Communities.

Gone fishin’!

Our EH crew enjoyed a beautiful day at Prairie Hallow Lake, soaking up the sunshine, casting their lines, and seeing what they could catch!

From patiently waiting for a bite to showing off their catches, it was a fun-filled day of fishing, laughter, and spending time together outdoors.

Learning through movement!

Our scholars spent time working on motor skills through hands-on activities designed to build coordination, movement, and everyday skills.

Each lesson is another opportunity to practice, learn, and build confidence along the way.

Join our friends for a fun-fundraiser!

They are having their annual Bingorama fundraiser. 10 games and Nachos bar included with ticket purchase. Lots of great prizes, 2nd chance drawings, a silent auction, and a 50/50 raffle.

Giving back to our community! Our scholars had the opportunity to volunteer at Ronald McDonald House and spend time helping others.

Volunteering gives our scholars a chance to contribute to their community, build new skills, and gain meaningful experience along the way.

Thank you to Ronald McDonald House for having us!
