Everyone is talking about “regulating their nervous system” right now, and it’s not by accident.
People are dealing with constant stress, poor sleep, digestive issues, tension, and burnout. 😫So they start looking for tools to calm things down.
Breathing apps, cold plunges, supplements, meditation. All of it points to the same thing; they want their body to function better.
💥Here’s the part most people are missing: Your nervous system is already designed to regulate itself. 💥
