Not every AI platform belongs in the hands of your clients.
A chatbot can sound warm, validating, and remarkably convincing while knowing nothing about your approach, your boundaries, or the work you have already done together.
Before introducing AI into your wellness practice, ask:
• Is it reinforcing my methodology or dispensing generic advice?
• Does it understand the limits of its role?
• What happens when a client expresses immediate risk?
• How are conversations and personal information protected?
• Do I remain connected to the experience I am offering my clients?
Ethical AI should not attempt to become the practitioner.
It should preserve the practitioner’s wisdom, protect the human relationship, and create continuity when the client returns to real life.
This is the standard we should be discussing before “AI-powered” becomes another empty marketing label.
