Candlelit Yoga Nidra Friday, May 22nd 6pm-7:15pm with Sarah Gerhardt 🕯️
Treat yourself to a nourishing, candlelit evening designed to help you unwind, release tension, and return to a grounded state. The session will begin with gentle movement and calming breath-work to prepare the body and mind for deep rest. Yoga Nidra, often referred to as “yogic sleep,” is a guided meditation practiced while fully supported in shavasana. You’ll be led into a state of deep relaxation, hovering between sleep and wakefulness, where the body can rest and the mind can reset. This practice has been clinically shown to help reduce stress and anxiety, support better sleep, ease chronic pain, and promote overall well-being. No yoga experience is necessary. Please dress in comfortable, loose-fitting clothing. All props will be provided.
