We're at it once again!

The Thomas Zimmerman and David Archer third cohort for EMDR Therapy training is happening for 2026.

EMDR therapy is an evidence-based approach that is effective at treating PTSD, depression, anxiety and complex trauma.

Our manual is the first to not only include a range of resources to treat complex PTSD, dissociation, but to discuss anti-racist psychotherapy and complex racial trauma.

We are very proud of our manual and we take pride in developing an EMDR training for people of all walks of life, cultural identities, and backgrounds. And its applicable for specialists that range from masters level student therapists to expert trauma specialists.
