Our next National Disability Employment Awareness Month spotlight goes to MeGa Thrift Store!💚

Today we stopped by to thank the owners for their continued support of inclusive employment, and Steven joined us for the occasion!

When we asked the owners about having Steven on their team, they shared that he’s a pleasure to have around and that he takes care of important tasks that make a real difference in their day-to-day operations.

We love hearing that! Steven has found a workplace where his strengths are valued, and we’re grateful to MeGa Thrift Store for giving him the opportunity to contribute and be part of their team.

Thank you to the owners and everyone at MeGa Thrift Store for being such a great inclusive employer!

October is National Disability Employment Awareness Month! 📢

Throughout October, we’ll be recognizing some of the local employers who help make inclusive employment possible in our community.

We’re starting with Round Table Pizza! 🍕

When we asked Tyler, the Regional Manager, about her experience having individuals of all abilities on her team, she said:

“It’s great! The staff we have come in on time, work hard, and do a great job. It’s everything I could ask for.”

Thank you, Tyler and the Round Table Pizza team, for providing meaningful employment opportunities and for being such a great partner with Responding to Autism and EmployAbility Services. We appreciate you!
