Happy Monday, Forth friends!! It's cold in Central Oregon today. i'm staying warm with golden milk (coconut milk, turmeric, water, ginger, honey and cayenne) and eating some Forth Belly granola. Stay warm and happy!

Forth made it across the country! 12 states: Oregon, Idaho, Utah, Wyoming, Nebraska, Iowa, Ohio, Pennsylvania, Maryland and an accidental foray into the corner of West Virginia.
The trade show booth was beautiful and the response to the products was amazing!

Back in Oregon now and working towards connections and opportunities to sustain the business.
