🌿 Feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or unsure of how to move forward? You don’t have to navigate it alone.

As a Licensed Professional Counselor in Tennessee with four years of experience, I work with individuals facing anxiety, depression, trauma, and other mental health concerns. My goal is to provide a calm, warm, and accepting space where you feel heard, supported, and comfortable being yourself.

During our first sessions, we’ll explore your concerns and your story. Together, we’ll create a personalized plan that reflects your needs and goals. You can expect to learn practical tools and skills that encourage meaningful, lasting change—both during therapy and beyond.

Because every person is unique, I tailor my approach to each client. I primarily use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy while incorporating other therapeutic techniques when appropriate. Therapy is a collaborative process, and we’ll work together to find an approach that feels right for you.
