💙 What a FUN week we’ve had! 💙

We’ve been celebrating Assisted Living Week with our wonderful residents and staff, and it has been filled with laughter, smiles, creativity, and plenty of special moments! 🎉

From fun activities and games to music, fellowship, and simply enjoying time together, this week has been a beautiful reminder of what makes our community so special. 🥰

Our residents bring so much joy and wisdom to our community, and our incredible staff bring compassion, energy, and heart every single day. We are so grateful for each and every one of you! ❤️

🥑 Yesterday was National Guacamole Day! 🥑

We celebrated by getting together and making our very own fresh guacamole! From mashing the avocados to adding all the delicious ingredients, our residents had a wonderful time creating—and, of course, tasting—our homemade treat! 💚

Nothing beats good food, good company, and a little fun in the kitchen! 😋🥑

🌸🐾 A Little Fun, A Lot of Personality! 🐾🌸

Today, we turned a simple activity into a chance to celebrate the unique personalities and interests of our residents! 💕

We took some fun photos during our big-ball activity and then let their personalities shine through with a little creative photo magic! 📸✨

From nature lovers and golfers to music, model cars, travel, family, faith, country living, dogs, and flowers, each person has a story, a passion, and the things that make them wonderfully them. ❤️

These photos are a reminder that engagement isn’t one-size-fits-all. When we take the time to know what someone loves, we can create moments that feel personal, meaningful, and FUN! 🌿🎶⛳️🐶🌺🇺🇸📚

And sometimes… a giant pink ball is all it takes to bring out a BIG smile! 😂💗

🐾🧡 Meet Buddy! 🧡🐾

There are some visitors who walk through our doors… and then there are those who leave paw prints on our hearts. 🐶❤️

Today, Buddy brought his big personality, gentle spirit, and whole lot of love to Concord Place! From greeting our residents to soaking up all the attention, Buddy had a very important mission: make people smile. And, as you can see, he took his job very seriously! 🥰

There were smiles, laughter, pets, cuddles, and plenty of tail wags. Some moments were playful, some were peaceful, and some were simply pure connection. 🐕💕

For our residents living with memory loss, visits like this can create meaningful moments through touch, companionship, sensory stimulation, reminiscence, and joy. Sometimes a wagging tail can say more than words ever could.

Thank you, Buddy, for reminding us that sometimes the best kind of therapy has four paws, a wet nose, and a very happy tail. 🐾🧡

We think Buddy may have found his second home at Concord Place! 🥰
