This month we're starting something new! A monthly Social Experiment Challenge!!

It's no secret that at EDGE we put less emphasis on "social rules" and more on the authenticity of communication. So, with that in mind... your September Social Experiment Challenge is: Pick ONE social “rule” and BREAK IT! Then, notice what happens! Did communication get harder? Easier? More natural? More you?

I encourage you to try it and see what you discover about yourself and those around you!

My husband and I have been learning how to plane, sand, build molds, pour epoxy and build live edge tables! This was our first big project and is not the conference table in Matt's office!

One of the many things I love about my job is the people I office with. Kelly, Megan, Chelsea and I laugh... a lot. And today I was complaining about something trivial and Chelsea said "well ya know, at least we're not installing Port-a-potties!"

I laughed and laughed and laughed. The irony hit me because this week Perspective Taking seemed to come in up a lot of Groups - so how ironic that I end my week with a challenge for me to have some perspective!

I'll tell ya - it worked! Happy Friday everyone and cheers to the weekend!
