Train the Trainer: Part 2 πŸ’ͺ

After seeing how much fun JP had β€” and the incredible results she achieved β€” Coach Mike decided he wanted to be the next "victim" πŸ˜„

So here we go...

Train the Trainer: Part 2 is officially underway!

Mike kicked things off on Monday with his first session led by Coach Deanna, and let's just say she didn't waste any time getting started.

Over the next 10 weeks, Mike will be putting his fitness in the hands of the DTG coaching team, taking on workouts designed by his fellow trainers and stepping outside his comfort zone along the way.

Just like JP's journey, this challenge isn't about getting smaller or chasing a number on the scale. It's about building strength, improving mobility and movement, and seeing what's possible when you trust the process.
