We are so proud to celebrate Rhonda as the 2026 Quarter 2 Daisy Award recipient!

Rhonda was nominated by a patient whose heartfelt words truly capture the compassion, kindness, and dedication she brings to her patients every day.

After spending an entire year in hospitals following a traumatic accident, this patient shared how scared he was and how difficult change could be. From the very first time they met, Rhonda made her feel welcome and cared for just like family. She took the time to truly get to know him, adapted to him needs, and made him feel comfortable.

Most importantly, the patient said Rhonda helped him feel like a person again, like he mattered.
