From cruising the couch to confident walking, the first stages of mobility are full of BIG developmental changes.
Join our New Walkers class for parents of children ages 6–18 months, led by a board-certified pediatric Physical Therapist.

This class focuses on helping parents understand:

✅ What's typical in early walking
✅ What to expect as your child begins walking
✅ When to be concerned
✅ Foot alignment, balance, and coordination
✅ The best ways to support strength and movement through play

Each session includes:
✨ Interactive play activities
✨ Parent education
✨ Practical tips you can use at home
✨ Open Q&A
Whether your little one is crawling, cruising, wobbling, or taking those first independent steps - this class is designed to support both you and your child through this exciting stage of development.

Something exciting is coming to Infinity Kids. We are launching Early Development Parent and Child Classes at our Placentia location, and our first class is happening on May 13th at 9am. This one is for parents of babies aged 6 to 18 months.
A pediatric therapist will lead each session with guided play activities, a focused lesson, and a Q&A so you can get every question answered.
Our first class focuses on new walkers, what to expect, what to look out for, and how to support your little one through this exciting milestone.
Classes are $50 per session and capped at 10 parent and child pairs, so spots are very limited.
Current patients, waitlist families, and new families are all welcome. Mom or dad can attend.

Our co-founder and occupational therapist Tala attended this beautiful event last week and came back with her heart full.
Even though her personal journey looks different from Down Syndrome or Autism, she was struck by how much every family in the space shared. The burnout. The constant therapies. The guilt. The impact on marriage and siblings. The isolation. The unknowns about the future. The question of when to share and when to protect.
It all felt so deeply aligned.
This is exactly why we do what we do. Not just the therapy, but the understanding that behind every child we work with is a family carrying something big.
To every special-needs mom out there: you are seen, you are supported, and you are not alone. 🙏
