💙 One of the best parts of our day? Seeing kids light up after their visit!

There's something so special about watching little ones come in, receive gentle chiropractic care, and then run off to the playroom with big smiles, laughter, and endless energy. 🎨🧸

Our office was designed to be a place where kids feel safe, comfortable, and excited to visit—not anxious or afraid. We love creating an environment where families can relax, connect, and watch their children simply be kids.

Neurologically focused chiropractic care is about supporting healthy nervous system function so children can thrive through every stage of growth and development. And while every child responds differently, seeing them leave our adjusting rooms ready to play, explore, and have fun never gets old.

Over a decade ago, this young man walked through our doors as a child. Today, he’s grown into an incredible young adult—but one thing hasn’t changed: our passion for serving him and every family who trusts us with their health.

At The Roots, chiropractic has always been about so much more than adjustments. It’s about building relationships, celebrating milestones, walking alongside families through every season of life, and empowering the next generation through health and education.

There’s nothing more rewarding than watching the kids in our community grow into healthy, confident adults—and knowing we’ve had the privilege of being a small part of their journey.

This popped up as a memory from 11 years ago 🥹 When my husband Dr. Logan and I opened The Roots Health Centers, we didn’t have a big marketing budget or a shortcut. What we had was shoe leather, a little bit of courage, and a whole lot of belief in what we were building — together.

We knocked on close to every door in Lakewood Ranch, introducing ourselves one conversation at a time. We showed up to every local event we could fit into a day, again and again, because we believed this community deserved to know us before they ever needed us. We wanted people to see our faces, hear our why, and know that behind The Roots were two people who genuinely cared.

There were no shortcuts. Just early mornings, long days, tired feet, and a whole lot of “hi, we’re from The Roots Health Centers” said to strangers who are now our patients, our friends, and our neighbors.

If you’re one of the people who opened your door to us back then, or shook our hand at an event, or gave us a chance before we’d proven anything — thank you. Thank you for trusting us with you and your family’s health, and for believing in us before we had much to show for it. The Roots Health Centers exists because of that grassroots grind, and because of you.

Today we’re celebrating Fran! 🎉

When Fran first came to us, walking had become incredibly difficult. Through dedication, consistency, and chiropractic care, she’s now back on her feet and walking again! 🙌
