Lamar Hospice . We care for the entire family as they support their loved ones through a difficult time in their life. We are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Our staff of nurses, social workers, home health aides, volunteers, respite providers, chaplains and numerous consultants can meet multiple needs.

Here at Hospice we have our beloved Memory Tile Wall. If you would like to purchase a tile to honor a loved one, please call us at 719-336-2100. You can stop by our office anytime to see the Wall. To view the Tile order form go to www.lamarhospice.org. We'll be ordering tiles through July 31, 2025. See less
