✨ You Are Invited to Our Monthly Grief Support Gathering, THIS coming Tuesday, August 11th, 2026 at 6:00 PM ✨

We are honored to welcome one of our own back this month, Brent Bowers, a valued member of the Burgess Funeral Home family! ❤️

Brent has been a dedicated part of the Burgess family for nearly 6½ years, and we are so grateful for the compassion, commitment, and care he brings to our team and the families we serve.

Outside of Burgess, Brent is very involved in Buford High School athletics and is an active member of his church, Fork Hill Baptist Church. His love for his community and the people around him truly shines through in all that he does.

During this gathering, Brent will share his personal journey through grief, opening his heart about the losses he has faced and the hope he has found along the way. His story is one of honesty, resilience, and compassion, and we hope that everyone who attends leaves with a little encouragement to carry with them.

Everyone is welcome. Bring a friend, family member, or anyone who may benefit from a caring and supportive environment.
