Sunday reset thought for you. No one talks enough about the personality shift that happens as you get older. The one where impressive stops being the goal, and rested, regulated, and completely unavailable to anything that drains you becomes the actual dream. 🌙

For a long time, your mind chased being impressive because it felt like the safest way to earn a place. Achievement, image, keeping up appearances, staying available to everyone just in case. It's exhausting to maintain, and eventually your mind starts craving something different entirely.

That shift is about your mind finally prioritizing regulation over performance. You stop optimizing for how you look from the outside and start optimizing for how it actually feels on the inside. Being rested starts to matter more than being admired and peace starts to matter more than praise.

This week, protect that shift. Say no to the things that drain you, even if they used to impress people. Especially if they used to impress people.

Let this Sunday be about resting, not performing.
