🎹🎶 The power of music never fails to bring people together.

Today, we had the pleasure of welcoming Matt, who graciously visited Bridgeway Park to share his musical talents with our residents. As he played beautiful melodies on the piano, smiles filled the room, memories were sparked, and toes couldn’t help but tap along to the music.

💙 You’re Invited to Celebrate Father’s Day at Bridgeway Park of Lansing! 💙

Join us as we honor the incredible fathers, grandfathers, veterans, mentors, and gentlemen who have made such a lasting impact on our lives.

Families are warmly invited to spend the afternoon with us as we enjoy refreshments, music, laughter, and meaningful moments together.

📸 Special Feature: A Timeless Gentleman – A Fatherly Day Portrait Experience (This will take place in the Memory care building)

Our gentlemen will have the opportunity to pose for a classic keepsake portrait that celebrates their story, legacy, and timeless style. Families are encouraged to join in, cheer them on, and help create memories that will be treasured for years to come.

Whether you’re a son, daughter, grandchild, spouse, or friend, we’d love for you to be part of this special celebration.

There is something truly special growing here at Bridgeway Park Memory Care—not just flowers, but purpose, joy, and beautiful memories.

Our residents have been hard at work preparing the Garden, spending time outdoors planting flowers, getting their hands in the soil, and creating a space that everyone can enjoy. Gardening isn’t just about making things beautiful; it encourages movement, sparks memories, promotes relaxation, and gives our residents a wonderful sense of accomplishment.

We can’t wait to watch the garden bloom throughout the summer and enjoy every colorful flower together. If you’re visiting a loved one, be sure to stop by, take a stroll, and admire all the hard work that has gone into making this space so special.

🤍 IMPRESSIONS FAMILY NIGHT: THE FOREVER HUG PROJECT 🤍

Some hugs stay with us forever.

Join us on Thursday, June 25th at 6:00 PM in our memory care building for a special evening dedicated to creating lasting memories with your loved one.

Through our Forever Hug Project, families will receive a one-of-a-kind keepsake created from the embrace of their loved one. Using fabric paint, we’ll capture the imprint of a hug on a white T-shirt—a beautiful reminder of the love, comfort, and connection that remains long after the moment has passed.

When memories become precious treasures, sometimes all we need is one more hug to hold onto. ❤️

👕 One shirt per resident will be provided by Bridgeway Park.
📏 Families must contact Christian in advance to discuss shirt sizing.
📅 RSVP encouraged so we can prepare materials for everyone.

This month, we were honored to celebrate a Simple Wish for our resident, Nancy Powers. Sometimes the most meaningful moments come from the simplest outings. Nancy enjoyed a special ride to Culver’s where she was able to relax, enjoy a tasty treat, and spend quality time out and about.

The smiles, conversation, and change of scenery made for a wonderful afternoon filled with joy and connection. At Bridgeway Park of Lansing, it’s moments like these that remind us how important it is to make time for the little things that mean so much

Talk about an unexpected guest! 🐝😳

Our residents and staff at Bridgeway Park of Lansing recently discovered a HUGE beehive right on our property! The bees had been hard at work building quite the home tucked away near our grounds. While it was amazing to see nature up close, safety comes first for our residents, families, and staff.

Thankfully, we were able to call in a professional bee rescue crew who safely removed and relocated the hive with care. No bees were harmed, and everyone stayed safe during the process. Watching the rescue team in action was honestly fascinating!

A big thank you to the rescue crew for responding so quickly and helping us handle the situation the right way. Another memorable day here at Bridgeway Park! 🍯🐝

Music has a special way of bringing people together, and today was no exception at Bridgeway Park! 🎶

We had the pleasure of welcoming Rhys for a wonderful live performance filled with timeless classics our residents know and love. From the very first song, the room was filled with smiles, singing along, tapping feet, and great memories.

Rhys has an incredible voice and such a natural talent for entertaining. His energy, kindness, and passion for music truly made the afternoon special for everyone who attended.

🐢💚 Keeper update! 💚🐢

Our newest little resident at Bridgeway Park has officially settled into his new home — and he’s loving it!

Keeper recently got a few upgrades to his tank, and he has adjusted so well. From taking peaceful swims to enjoying snack time, he’s quickly becoming part of the daily fun here at Bridgeway Park 🥬🌊

Residents love stopping by to check on him throughout the day, and we have a feeling Keeper enjoys the extra attention too 😊

We can’t wait to continue sharing more of Keeper’s adventures with all of you!

At Bridgeway Park, we brought the fiesta to life! 🎉🌮

Our residents had an amazing time celebrating Cinco de Mayo with mini sombreros, delicious nachos, and music that kept the smiles going all afternoon. From tapping their feet to sharing laughs, it was one of those moments that reminds us how powerful simple joy and togetherness can be.

These are the days we live for—good food, great music, and even better company. 💛
