LENS Neurofeedback may help reduce emotional reactivity, improve mood regulation, decrease anxiety, and support greater emotional stability. By helping the brain function more efficiently, many individuals report feeling calmer, more focused, and better able to manage overwhelming emotions and stress.

LENS is not a treatment for Borderline Personality Disorder itself, but it may help support symptom management when used alongside counseling and other evidence-based therapies.
