Did you know that Rocky Road ice cream was invented in 1929 to give people something to smile about during the Great Depression? The name actually refers to the "rocky road" of the economic crash.
Today, we brought plenty of smiles to our wonderful residents by celebrating with some delicious, scoops of this classic treat. Nothing beats sharing good food and great company!
