Park Home Care is excited to share that one of our members is spending the weekend at the 28th Annual Family Cafe, connecting with families, providers, and advocates from across Florida while learning about valuable services and resources available in our community.

We are also proud that members of the Park Home Care team will be volunteering on Saturday to assist summit attendees and support this incredible event.

The Family Cafe is a wonderful opportunity to build connections, gain knowledge, and promote inclusion for individuals with disabilities and their families.

⚾💙 A Home Run Day for Mark! 💙⚾

Mark, one of our amazing individuals at Park Home Care, took a well-deserved day off from his program to enjoy something he truly loves — baseball! As a huge fan of the Tampa Bay Rays, Mark spent the afternoon at Tropicana Field with his dedicated caregiver, Yolanda.

From the excitement of the crowd to delicious ballpark food, the day was filled with smiles, laughter, and unforgettable moments. And to top it all off — the Rays brought home a WIN! 🙌⚾
📅 On April 22, Mark enjoyed an exciting matchup against the Cincinnati Reds, making the experience even more special.

At Park Home Care, we believe in creating meaningful experiences, supporting independence, and making every moment count for the individuals we serve. This was more than just a game — it was a day of joy, community, and living life to the fullest. 💙

We are also excited to reflect on an amazing weekend at the Spring to Summer Fair hosted at Carrollwood Village Park on Saturday, March 28th!

🌟 A DREAM 10-DAY JOURNEY – ONE MS. D WILL NEVER FORGET 🌟
At Park Home Care, we believe care goes beyond the home—it’s about creating life-changing experiences. 💛

This month, we had the honor of helping Ms. D fulfill a long-time dream: a 10-day journey to experience the heart of country music and historic landmarks she had only heard about through stories.

Despite being legally blind, Ms. D had a vision—to feel the music, smell the food, and embrace the ambiance of places she always imagined. And we made it happen.
